MARRIAGE VERSES MINISTRY

Marriage is the first institution God created and must be honoured as such. The purpose of our earthly marriage should reflect the original one thus Christ being the groom and we being the bride. Nowadays most are contracting marriage with immature motives and personal gains which defiles the rare purpose of marriage. Brethren especially we the Youth, let’s be alert. You should not marry someone purposely for ministry (the person becoming a pastor and You becoming a pastor's wife). Know that becoming a Pastor or pastor's wife is a divine calling from the lord and it has its own weights that comes with it. Its good You desire to be one but note is a calling and everything “calling” comes with its wilderness. Young guy, please let's stop proposing marriage to ladies with, “I want to marry you because I will become a pastor, you are what I'm looking for my ministry” and that sort. DECENCY ON THE WEDDING DAY

  Marriage is Honorable, my dear ladies, let be careful of what we wear on this glorious three (3) hours celebration. I stand by descent wedding dresses. Is time we stop exposing our breast and other vital body parts in the name of fashion and it my day. Fashion is good but it shouldn’t take control over us totally, is very pathetic how some of us dress on our wedding day. Some of the new wedding dresses that have come up in the name of fashion actually allows you to see all their breast outside which is very bad, some exposing their back, showing all vital parts. All this does not add anything to your beauty but indirectly telling us who you are. Most of these are in our churches now. Our dear seamstress, help us by sowing nice dresses but not exposing our vital body parts cause our bodies belongs to our husbands only not the whole world. If it was to be for everyone to see, we would have been walking naked. We may not know who is coming to our wedding and what's in someone...
